This is one of a number of such holiday events we host here at our Tribute Portfolio hotel—the first luxury hotel on the campus of The University of Central Florida—and it’s always a fabulous time.

The Chef-Curated, All-You-Can-Eat Thanksgiving Day Buffet at The Celeste Hotel

We’ll be seating diners for our all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving Day Buffet at Aurora from 11 AM to 3 PM on Thursday, November 24th.

The holiday spread that’ll await you—curated by Aurora’s very own Chef Mike Trudnak—can really only be described as epic. (Sort of like our universe.) You’ll find a plethora of diverse culinary displays, with something—and, in truth, almost assuredly multiple somethings—to delight every palette.

Those setups will range from a breakfast station featuring made-to-order omelets and eggs benedict, an artisan bread display, and a masterful collection of 20-odd international and domestic cheeses to a pasta station (complete with lobster mac-’n-cheese), children’s buffet, and fruit display. Given it’s Turkey Day, you’ll also get to explore no fewer than four carving stations with turkey, prime rib, and other mouthwatering meats.

Long story short, it’s going to be amazing, as it always is with a Chef Mike-curated feast. Oh, and did we mention the bottomless mimosas?

The Alfond Inn at Rollins is hosting its annual Chef-Inspired Thanksgiving Feast. The cornucopia of dishes includes an array of holiday starters, salads, and a Shrimp Cocktail service followed by a lavish buffet of Roasted Whole Turkey, Slow Braised Short Ribs, Braised Chicken Thighs, and Salmon. The irresistible sides range from Whipped Golden Yukon Potatoes and Candied Yams to Sage and Mushroom Stuffing, Southern Style Green Beans, and Braised Cabbage. For those who have room for more, there’s a Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Pies and Desserts.
