Hamilton’s Kitchen Adds Chef’s Table Experience at Alfond Inn

Kusche Since he took over Hamilton’s Kitchen at the Alfond Inn about five months ago, executive chef Mark Kusche has been making big changes, and all for the better. In case you missed it, here is the re-review I did in July. The restaurant has better focus, and there is an emphasis on local ingredients and market-fresh fare.

One of Kusche’s more recent additions is a Chef’s Table dining experience, which features five courses, each paired with an appropriate wine, for a very reasonable $125 per person. Next Supper Club at Eddie V’s
    Eddie exterior

Please join me for an evening of fine dining and excellent wines at Eddie V’s, the elegant restaurant on Sand Lake Road’s Restaurant Row. In case you missed my review, I love the sophistication of Eddie V’s, with its beautiful multilevel dining room, snazzy, jazzy lounge and lovely lakeside location.

The dinner is Friday, October 24, 2014 at 7 p.m. The cost is $95 per person plus tax ($100.70 total). Gratuity is included. The actual value of the dinner and wines is $177 but is being offered at this special price exclusively for our Supper Club.
