The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Wednesday opened its new adjacent property, Swan Reserve, bringing another signature restaurant to the resort.

Amare offers a Mediterranean menu served in a casual atmosphere. It will be the 14-story hotel’s three-meal restaurant, featuring dinner dishes like lamb and beef Polpetti, Seabass Al Cartoccio, Bistecca All “Fiorentina,” and Tonnarelli Alle Vongole.

The hotel also has a lobby bar called Stir and features a top-floor venue called The Vue, which conveniently faces Epcot.

Amare – which means to love – joins the resort’s other top restaurants, Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s bluezoo, Kimonos and Il Mulino.
