Supper Club at Wolfie’s Pizzamia will include a primer on butchery and sausage making
Our next Scott Joseph’s Supper Club will be at Wolfie’s Pizzamia and will feature a primer on “breaking down” a whole hog and turning those hog parts into salumi and sausage. Chef Jason Schofield will show us how he produces fresh and hormone free products that go onto his pizzas and into his pasta dishes. It promises to be an enlightening dinner.
We’ll meet at Wolfie’s Pizzamia, 1905 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, on Saturday, April 20, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to the dinner are $75 plus tax ($4.86); gratuity is included. Seating is limited to 50 Supper Clubbers, so purchase yours now.
If you’ve been to Wolfie’s Pizzamia already, you know what great food they’re putting out there. And if you haven’t, this is a terrific opportunity to experience a special dinner that Chef Jason and his team are putting together especially for us.

If you haven’t visited the Flog lately, here are some reviews you might have missed:
Be Our Guest: The big, bustling restaurant in the Magic Kingdom’s New Fantasyland, the first — and only — restaurant in the theme park to serve beer and wine with dinner.
Chuy’s: The popular Tex-Mex chain moves into the Central Florida market, but opts for a Tourist World locale.
They’re both great events and are always a lot of fun. Wouldn’t miss either one. Click the links above to get more information on both, and I’ll look forward to seeing you there — and to sleeping in Sunday morning!
