Our next Scott Joseph’s Supper Club will be at Wolfie’s Pizzamia and will feature a primer on “breaking down” a whole hog and turning those hog parts into salumi and sausage. Chef Jason Schofield will show us how he produces fresh and hormone free products that go onto his pizzas and into his pasta dishes. It promises to be an enlightening dinner.

If you missed it, here’s my review of Wolfie’s Pizzamia.

We’ll meet at Wolfie’s Pizzamia, 1905 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, on Saturday, April 20, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to the dinner are $75 plus tax ($4.86); gratuity is included. Seating is limited to 50 Supper Clubbers, so purchase yours now.

Here are some more details about the dinner.

If you’ve been to Wolfie’s Pizzamia already, you know what great food they’re putting out there. And if you haven’t, this is a terrific opportunity to experience a special dinner that Chef Jason and his team are putting together especially for us.

To reserve your spot, click here to send me an email and let me know how many tickets you’d like. I’ll follow up with instructions to complete the transaction.

Lots to do this weekend

There’s so much going on this weekend, I’m exhausted just thinking about it!

My Saturday will start with moderating a panel discussion with James & Julie Petrakis of the Ravenous Pig about their new cookbook at the UCF Book Festival. Click this link to see who else will be there.

Then Saturday night I’ll be gala hopping, first to the Cattle Baron’s Ball at Rosen Shingle Creek.

Then over to Food & Wine at Portofino.

They’re both great events and are always a lot of fun. Wouldn’t miss either one. Click the links above to get more information on both, and I’ll look forward to seeing you there — and to sleeping in Sunday morning!
