Some Valentine’s specials to consider

What are you doing Valentine’s Day? I’m spending it in Cozumel (don’t hate me). But if I were staying here, I might take advantage of one of these specials from our good friends.

illume, JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, available February 11 – 14, 6 pm – 10 pm
Take in the incomparable sunset views and the nightly fireworks display at the adjacent Walt Disney World resort. Enjoy freshly shucked oysters served over ice (you know about oysters, right?) with signature condiments and artistic, handcrafted Valentine’s cocktails.

Sear + Sea Woodfire Grill, JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, available February 11 – 14, 6 pm – 10 pm
Bubbles & Caviar Dinner: A romantic three-course dinner for two at Sear + Sea beginning with a welcome glass of Taittinger Champagne. Reservations are required: 407-919-6300. $200 per couple.

Southeast 9 23 Bosch

The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood, Melia Orlando Hotel Celebration: $60 three-course Valentine’s day prix fixe menu. Choose from appetizers like the Wilson’s signature Brussels Sprout Tacos, Tuna Tartare or a mixed greens salad with candied pecans and strawberries. As mains, the restaurant will offer Lobster Risotto, Winter Squash Ravioli, a Surf & Turf (NY strip stuffed with shrimp and crab meat), or Stuffed Chicken with gruyere cheese and prosciutto. To end the evening, choose from a trio of chocolate desserts or white chocolate bread pudding with raspberries and salted caramel gelato. Wine upgrade specials are available starting at $40 per bottle when you make your dinner reservation. Bottles of Moet champagne are available for $80 per bottle. Reservations are available here.

Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress): Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu. Highlights include: foie gras & mango trifle with Bahamian sweet bread; scallop fritters with caviar ranch; hibiscus & champagne liquid nitrogen sorbet intermezzo; duck & farro risotto; A4 wagyu chateaubriand; Cuban espresso panna cotta with butterscotch biscotti; and raspberry chocolate tart with gelato.
