EXCLUSIVE — RusTeak, a restaurant and wine bar in Ocoee, is in negotiations to take over the College Park space recently vacated by the Hangar, on the ground floor of the Wellesley condominium complex.

According to a spokesman at RusTeak, the deal is “86% done,” with a verbal agreement. If everything goes as planned the parties will sign the lease soon.

It will be a second location for RusTeak and will feature the exact menu, at least to begin. The spokesman said the menu will eventually “take its own identity.”
