A few weeks ago I had a chance to visit the brand spanking new corporate offices and test kitchen for 4R Restaurant Group, home to 4 Rivers Smokehouse and the COOP. I also tasted some of the items from COOP’s menu, which will debut next month. The space is beautiful, and the food was delicious. I said to owner John Rivers, “You know, my readers would love to see this place and get a preview of the food you’ll be serving at the COOP.”

And he said, “OK, let’s do that.”

So we’re having a special edition of the Supper Club on Friday, April 4, at 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. inside the offices of 4 Rivers’ headquarters at 210 Park Ave. N., Winter Park.
