Special Scott Joseph’s Supper Club at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop

I’m excited to announce that our next gathering of Scott Joseph’s Supper Club will be at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando. We’ll meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.

Chef Ryan Vargas and the team at Emeril’s TC have planned an exciting evening that will begin with a sparkling wine reception at the tiki bar with a sushi rolling demonstration. You may even get to try your hand at a hand roll.

The value of the dinner is $185 but it’s being offered to Supper Clubbers for only $125 plus $7.50 tax. And gratuity in included. Only 30 seats are available for this exclusive dinner. Five Chefs
 

On Sunday, March 15, the Alfond Inn will host a culinary event with myriad mathematical possibilities. It’s called the 5C Charity Event, featuring five chefs preparing five courses all to benefit five charities.

Participating in the event is host chef Marc Kusche of the Alfond Inn. He’ll share his kitchen facilities with recent James Beard nominee Kathleen Blake, The Rusty Spoon; Kevin Fonzo, K; Henry Salgado, Txokos Basque Kitchen; and Fabrizio Schenardi, Four Seasons Resort.

Each chef will prepare a farm-to-table course to be served family style along with wines and fine spirits.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30. Cost is $150 per person, with proceeds going to organizations chosen by each chef.
