Raga Now Closed; Transformation to American Gymkhana Underway

Written By Scott Joseph On July 21, 2014

As of today, Raga, the Indian restaurant on Sand Lake Road, is closed. As I told you in this article, the owners are bringing in New York restaurateur Rajesh Bhardwaj to create a new concept. The space is undergoing renovations and will reopen as American Gymkhana. A mid September opening is planned.

Bhardwaj is the owner of Junoon in Manhattan, which was awarded a Michelin star. He will also open a Junoon in Dubai this fall.
