For this installment of On the House, we have another delicious cocktail from our friends at The Whiskey: The Whiskey’s Mike Lassahn says it’s sort of like an Old Fashioned but not.

Rocky Mountain Dram
1 1/2 ounces Tin Cup Whiskey, separated
1/2 ounce Bitter Truth Pimento Dram
Orange Twist
Filthy Black Cherry
1/4 ounce Black Cherry Juice
Rim cocktail glass with orange twist and drop in glass. Add cherry and cherry juice. Fill halfway with ice, pour 3/4 ounce Tin Cup and stir. Add 1/2 ounce Pimento Dram and fill glass with ice. Pour 3/4 ounce Tin Cup, stir and serve.
