Following the lead of Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and Royal Pacific Resort, Rosen Centre will offer a 
lobby sushi bar. Banshoo Sushi will will sit across from the hotel’s lobby bar. Folks will be able to get a drink from the liquor bar and enjoy some fresh fish from the sushi bar.
As with the other, similar setups in the area, Banshoo will be small — a six-seater bar and one large table for groups or individuals to gather around. Banshoo means sunset, and that will be the opening hour each evening.
Banshoo will open in a few weeks or so. More to come.
