New Restaurant Coming to Lake Nona

Written By Scott Joseph On October 12, 2018

Park Pizza

Tavistock Restaurant Collection will open its third local restaurant in, like the other two, Lake Nona.

Park Pizza & Brewing Company. a 186-seat restaurant, will open in November on Lake Nona Boulevard. According to a press release, PP&BC will be a “gathering place featuring scratch-made pizza from wood-burning ovens, an onsite brewery and indoor-outdoor seating appropriate for families, friends and co-workers to gather and enjoy hand-tossed pizzas and craft beers.”

(Another gathering place. I’m waiting for someone to open a scattering place.)

Park Pizza & Brewing Company will be part of Lake Nona Town Center, which is also home to Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen, another Tavistock restaurant. Chef Jason Bergeron will be in charge of both restaurants as well as Canvas Restaurant & Market, which was the first Tavistock brand to open in the area.

One wonders if Tavistock will ever venture into other areas of Orlando and Central Florida with some of its restaurant brands. Not likely, seeing as how the restaurant group’s parent company is a major owner of Lake Nona real estate.

Regardless, it’s nice to see more dining options coming to Lake Nona.Tavistock Restaurant Collection will open its third local restaurant in, like the other two, Lake Nona.
