Justin Timberlake and the partners in his New York barbecue restaurant, Southern Hospitality, have been named in a lawsuit filed by a former table buser on behalf of 50 other workers. According to Reuters, the suit accuses the pop star and his partners of stealing tips, and not paying minimum wage or overtime. Did his latest album do so poorly that he has to sneak tips from his waiters?
