Fresh Cafe in the Hannibal Square distirct of Winter Park has closed. The tiny cafe had opened in late 2012. The place had lots of character that gave it a West Village sort of feel, and the people involved seemed interested in doing creative cuisine. But something about it just wasn’t right on my two visits. I know it had a following, but apparently not enough of one.
Update: An Indian restaurant will take over the space. Details coming.
