On December 22-25 from 5-10 p.m., Four Flamingos will offer exclusive specials in celebration of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian-American Christmas Eve tradition featuring grand array of fish and seafood, such as:
Seven Fishes Seafood Tower (Smorgasbord of chilled seafood with crostini and house-made sauces)
Crositini di Scungilli (Italian-style conch salad)
Bacalaitos & Caviar (Salt Cod fritters with caviar ranch, herb gremolata and Italian Osetra)
Carbonara with Swordfish belly bacon and smoked trout roe
Black Sea Bass with panzanella stuffing and tomato and caperberry relish
King Crab Legs with asparagus and bacalao duchess potato
The restaurant will also serve its traditional menu in addition to the Feast of the Seven Fishes specials.
