·                  Maduros Foster – Caramelized Sweet Plantain, Jamaican Spiced Rum, Cardamom Coconut Whip, Pizzelle 

·                  Patatas Bravas Hash – Boniato and Yukon, Boar Linguiça, Poached Egg, Datil Aioli, Manchego
