Don’t tell anyone you heard this from me, because it’s all very hush hush right now, and nothing is written in ketchup let alone ink. But my sources tell me the Five Guys Famous Burger franchise is interested in a certain downtown space. Which space? One that was recently vacated. I know, that doesn’t narrow it down much, but I can’t be more specific right now.

But I can tell you that it’s Five Guys against one, as another restaurateur with a single location is also interested in the same space. That restaurant specializes in soups and salads, but I can’t tell you who that is just yet (not even if I use capital letters).
