Elephant Bar will close its Altamonte Springs location on Thursday because “there’s not enough traffic to sustain the business,” according to a spokeswoman. The restaurant employs 30 people, said Leslie Liberatore.
The restaurant, with an Asian and Pacific Rim menu, occupies a space in the Altamonte Mall that was once a Ruby Tuesday. It opened in 2008. A second location near Mall at Millenia will remain open.
