Easter buffet specials will be available all day on Sunday April 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for $39.95 per adult and $15.95 per child (12 and under).
The Easter buffet will feature delicious savory and sweet Latin dishes such as Ropa Vieja hash which includes shredded brisket over a potato, boniato, and sweet plantain hash; Salmón Relleno – salmon stuffed with shrimp and Spanish chorizo picadillo with a mango-curry sauce; cheesy hash brown waffles with eggs, manchego cheese, and “kickin” jalapeño syrup; a create-your-own omelet station (available until 4 p.m.); Torreja de Piña – grilled pineapple French toast casserole with mango butter and maple syrup; Bollos de Canela – cinnamon rolls with applewood smoked bacon and white chocolate icing to name a few menu options.
Non-alcoholic drinks will be included with the buffet and offer options such as regular coffee, hot tea, soft drinks, and juice.
What’s more, guests can enjoy $7 mimosas and bloody marys (usually $8 and $10 respectively) along with the new and sweet drink special, ‘Cuban Peep’ swirling with vanilla rum and coffee liqueur topped with an Easter peep ($13).
