I’ve been walking all over New York and Manhattan, stopping for a bite to eat here or a sip of something there. The city is reawakening for spring, and all the outdoor patios are in full bloom. I have some terrific places to tell you about, but first I’ll be catching an early flight back in the morning to be in Orlando to judge the Battle of the Parks competition. B\Tonight, I’m headed down to the east village to Il Bagatto. Stopped by this afternoon and the cook, who looked like someone’s Italian mother, was in the kitchen preparing the ragu with sausage. I know what I’m having.
