Bootlegger is a signature cocktail at Art Smith’s Homecoming restaurant at Disney Springs. It was inspired by the homemade blackberry jam that Smith’s mother used to make and has a wink to Florida moonshine and rum. Watch the video of one of Homecoming’s bartenders mixing the drink. 1 rounded teaspoon blackberry jam
1 ounce Florida Wicked Dolphin RumShine
1 ounce Florida Wicked Dolphin dark rum
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons HFK housemade grenadine (equal parts POM pomegranate and simple syrup)
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh orange peel and a black cherry.
