I hope you weren’t planning on heading out to Disney Springs for the previously announced opening of celebrity chef Rick Bayless’ new restaurant. It’s been put off for about a week. Look for it to open now, softly, on June 27.

The restaurant is called Frontera Cocina (the name only recently changed on the website from Frontera Fresco). Why the delay? Hey, even famous chefs at mega theme parks can run into roadblocks. This one may or may not have something to do with a margarita cart. If that is the reason, we definitely want that fixed before we go.
