OK, procrastinators, time’s up. If you still haven’t made your reservations for Thanksgiving Day dining, it’s officially the last minute.
If you’re just now starting to think about where to go for your turkey outing, don’t be surprised that most prime seating times have been snatched up already. You may find yourself sitting down to your feast before Santa rolls up at the end of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. (I hope I didn’t spoil the parade ending for anyone.)
The good news is there are plenty of good restaurants that will be open on Thursday. So take a look at the listings and get to work. Here are some of the highlights from our sponsors.
Delaney’s Tavern is having a buffet brunch with turkey and prime rib carving stations.
American Kitchen has a prix fixe dinner with a choice of turkey or ham for $29.
Tapa Toro has a Spanish inspired menu for $27 per person.
Raglan Road has butter & herb roasted turkey with duck fat roasties and other trimmings. But really, with duck fat roasties, what other trimmings to you need?
Taverna Opa puts a Greek spin on the feast, with Greek meatballs and chicken or beef kebobs for $25 per person.
Tap Room at Dubsdread and Highland Manor have the same buffet menu with roast turkey, prime rib and honey spice glazed ham for $37.95.
Lots of other choices at our Holiday dining page. And it isn’t too early to start thinking about Christmas dining. Watch the page for details there.
