White Wolf Cafe Offers Special Valentine’s Weekend Dinner for the Cure

Here’s something to love. As part of its Valentine’s Weekend celebration, White Wolf Cafe is hosting a wine dinner to White_Wolfsupport breast cancer research. “Valentines Wine Dinner for the Cure” will be held in the Wolf’s wine cellar and will feature four courses, each paired with a special wine, for a very reasonable $59.95 per person, with $15 from each sale going to breast cancer research.

The dinner is Saturday, Feb. 12, from 7 to 9 p.m., and is limited to 36 guests. Check below for the menu and the number to call for reservations.

1st course cheese puff and raspberry sauce
Paired with 1st Root Sauvignon Blanc
2nd course shrimp skewer with herb rub
Paired with Conn Creek Chardonnay
3rd course filet mignon bordelaise sauce
Paired with 1st Root Cabernet Sauvignon
Desert is a chocolate and cherry tart
Paired with Banyuls Quintessence.
