Top Chef Master Rick Bayless will appear at Macy’s at Mall at Millenia on Sunday, Octboer 17, for a free cooking demonstration. He will offer tips for serving up his trademark Latin cuisine by preparing dishes like Achiote Shrimp and Bacon Tomato Guacamole for customers to sample.

The demonstration will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Home Department. While reservations are not required they are recommended. Reserve a seat by calling 1-800-329-8667.

Bayless, who serves on Macy’s Culinary Council, will also sign copies of his newest cookbook, “Fiesta at Rick’s,” which will be available for purchase at Macy’s (what were the odds?).
