Sushi Lola’s Closing, Relocating

Written By Scott Joseph On August 22, 2013

BungalowerLogo1Sushi Lola’s, the Audubon Park Garden Japanese and Korean restaurant, will close at the end of the month and reopen in another space in the same plaza on Corrinne Drive on an unspecified date, according to Bungalower.com. The article says the restaurant’s owner is hoping for a late September, early October reopening, but because of the vagaries of the Orlando permitting system an exact date can’t be named at this time.

I’m happy to have this excuse to introduce you to Bungalower, which covers “Orlando’s Bunglaow Neighborhoods.” It the project of former colleague and friend (well, still a friend) Matt Sokoloff, and it’s full of newsy and informative tidbits about the city, its businesses and residents. You’ll want to bookmark it and follow it.
