Slate  will host a New Year’s Eve dinner to ring in 2018. The four course prix fixe dinner is $69pp, or $90pp with wine parings and it includes a champagne toast at midnight.

Grilled Cheese – Bone marrow, basil oil, roasted tomato puree, tempura shishito peppers

Hamachi Crudo – Jalapeno-cucumber gele, pickled Fresno Chili, orange miso foam, cilantro, chili oil

Dry Aged NY Strip – Okinawa potatoes, white asparagus, truffle espuma, parsley vinaigrette

Monkfish Saltimbocca – Leek risotto, hakurei turnips, tomato confit

Porcini Mushroom Agnolotti – Poached lobster tail, parmesan broth, blistered tomatoes
