Ritz-Carlton Offers Weekend Cooking School Featuring Farm to Fork Cuisine

Written By Scott Joseph On February 15, 2013

This sounds like a fun weekend.

The Ritz-Carlton Orlando is having a Farm to Fork cooking school at the Grande Lakes Orlando’s Whisper Creek Farm, April 12 -14. Participants will have a hands-on experience with Argentinian style barbecue and grilling foods over an open fire. Many of the ingredients will be sourced from the resort’s own 7,000-square-foot garden.

The package includes:

  • Overnight Deluxe Accommodations in a Deluxe room (Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13 night)
  • Cooking School for two at Whisper Creek Farm with The Ritz-Carlton Culinary Team (Saturday), starting with breakfast
  • Wine Dinner for two at The Vineyard Grill (Saturday night)
  • Brunch for two at The Vineyard Grill (Sunday)
  • Overnight Valet Parking
  • 4 pm late check-out

Cost is $1,199 for two people, which might sound like a lot, but we are talking about a couple of nights at the Ritz! I think it would make a terrific weekend getaway.
