Come on out to Baldwin Park Saturday, January 30, for the 2010 Orlando Chili Cook-off, benefitting Special Olympics. It’s a competition pitting hot-shot amateur cooks and seasoned (sometimes over seasoned) chili-stewin’ veterans.
Yes, attendees will get to sample the various chilis and cast a vote. There will also be a panel of official judges. I’ll be there, so stop by and say hello.
