New Year’s Eve dining features on tap at Ocean Prime Orlando Dec. 31

Ocean Prime Orlando will indulge guests’ senses on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31 with a selection of festive dinner features in addition to its regular dinner menu. The restaurant will be closed on New Year’s Day, Jan. 1.

Guest of Ocean Prime Orlando can begin their culinary experience with a Palm Collins with Tito’s Vodka, Palma puree, pom liquor, ginger soda and purple basil for $14. For the main course, guests can enjoy a pan-seared Chilean sea bass and Alaskan King Crab with onion marmalade and Champagne Burre Blanc for $60 or an eye of a Waygu Ribeye with burre monte poached lobster tail, parsnip puree, roasted baby carrots and corn planks and rosemary demi for $70. To end on a sweet note, guests can enjoy a triple berry compote with toasted meringue, lemon and micro mint for $12.

Ocean Prime Orlando serves dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. On Sundays, dinner hours are from 5 to 9 p.m. The lounge is open daily. For more information, call 407-781-4880 or visit www.ocean-prime.com.
