New York’s Plaza Hotel and Restaurants Mere Shadows of Former Selves

Written By Scott Joseph On January 19, 2010

There was an interesting story in Monday’s New York Times about the once-glamorous Plaza Hotel, which has not returned to the status it once enjoyed before a new owner renovated it. The story includes a comment from New York restaurant consultant Clark Wolf. I’ve quoted Wolf many times over the years; his insights are always thoughtful, concise and dead-on.

Today I saw that on Wolf’s Web site he lists a number of trends for 2010, including an increasing number of food and restaurant related Web sites — and he mentions ScottJosephOrlando.com. How nice. Here’s a link to Clark Wolf Company’s site.
