Displays of Christmas trees and inflatable snowman yard decorations have begun showing up in stores across Central Florida, which can only mean one thing: Halloween is just a couple of months away.
And that means it’s time for the fourth annual Monster Mash Masquerade, hosted by Bites & Bubbles in the Mills 50 District. The food and wine event is Sat., Oct. 28 from 6 to 10 p.m.
MMM is a fundraiser to benefit the Restaurant & Allied Partnership of Central Florida (RAPCF), a nonprofit organization with a mission to support, promote and educate local independent restaurants and affiliated businesses within Central Florida.
This is a walkabout event with food and drink experiences set up throughout the Bites & Bubbles venue, including its rooftop patio. Food stations will be operated by chefs and staff members of RAPCF members. Originally established during the COVID-19 crisis, RAPCF serves as a hub for independent businesses to access and exchange valuable information.
So if the Monster Mash Masquerade is still a couple of months away, why am I telling you about it now? Well, just like blowups of Ken and Barbie as Mr. and Mrs. Claus, the tickets will be gone if you wait too long – only 200 tickets will be sold.
And if you buy before Oct. 1, you can save $25. Tickets are $75 now and $100 after )ct. 1, if any remain. Click this link to go to the Monster Mash website to purchase tickets and get more information.
