K Restaurant Offers a Special Night for Truffle Lovers

An Evening in Piedmont will feature guest chef Jamie McFadden

Kevin Fonzo and his crew at K Restaurant Wine Bar will present a special dinner on Tuesday, December 15, that truffle lovers won’t want to miss. Themed “An Evening in Piedmont” it will be a four-course meal, each featuring the aromatic delicacy. Even the dessert course will have truffled honey.

Joining Fonzo in the kitchen — and I should mention this is not a very large kitchen — will be Jamie McFadden, chef and co-owner of Cuisiniers Catering. The two chefs have put together an intriguing menu, and it’s sure to be a special night.

A few seats remain for the dinner — I’ll be sitting in one of them — and reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at 407-872-2332. The dinner is at 7 p.m. following a champagne reception at 6:30.
