Well, that didn’t take long. Paddy Murphy’s, the Irish pub and restaurant in Orlando’s Baldwin Park closed over the weekend. Now, Anjali Fluker of the Orlando Business Journal reports that Gator’s Dockside will move in. You can read Fluker’s story here. The sports bar is planning a May opening.

I’m wondering how many of the Gator’s Dockside restaurants actually have a waterfront locale, as this one will?
