It’s looking like it’s going to be a beautiful evening Saturday, Nov. 8, for Fresh from the Field, a four-course wine pairing dinner benefitting Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Cooking the courses will be Kevin Fonzo, K restaurant; James and Julie Petrakis, Ravenous Pig; Jamie McFadden, Cuisiniers Catering; and Kathleen Blake, the Rusty Spoon.
The event is held in the meadow of Lake Meadow Naturals Farm, a bucolic setting just minutes from downtown Orlando. The dinner will begin from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., although there is a VIP event one hour prior, at 4:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $175; VIP tickets are $200.
Lake Meadows Naturals Farm is at 10000 Mark Adam Road, Ocoee. If you think the name sounds familiar it’s because all of the area restaurants dedicated to using local ingredients almost certainly tout their use of Lake Meadows Naturals Farm’s products, especially their wonderful eggs.
