Celebrate Mother’s Day, May 14, 2017 with special offerings at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

The entire family will delight in the Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at Ravello, the Resort’s modern Italian restaurant’s decadent buffet. Guests will enjoy a scrumptious array of seafood, including oysters, calamari, frutti di mare with scallops, sushi and lobster salad. The antipasti selection includes a variety of delicious and refreshing salads such as grilled vegetable caprese, green bean salad with feta and mint, bulgur salad with goat cheese, and a ”create your own salad” bar. Specialty selections include the herb-crusted prime rib, leg of lamb with mint pesto, and the orange-glazed spiral ham with ginger-peach sauce. For those who prefer more traditional brunch items, omelet and crepe stations, egg white frittata pizzaiola, croque madame and many additional breakfast favourites are offered. Tiny diners will enjoy the children’s buffet, which includes chicken fingers, pigs in a blanket, tater tots, pepperoni and cheese flatbread, “worms in dirt,” sprinkle cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies and other kid favourites. Reservations for Mother’s Day at Ravello are available from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for USD 105 per adult and USD 45 per child ages 5-12.

Plancha, the Resort’s Cuban-American restaurant located at the Tranquilo Golf Clubhouse, is also offering a wonderful Sunday brunch. Start off the celebration by raising a toast to Mom with endless Bloody Marys and Mimosas, included with the price of a three-course brunch. Guests will enjoy their libations with the decadent buffet selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruits, a bagel station, breakfast pastries, assorted salads and much more. In addition, guests have the choice of an entrée such as the chicken and white cheddar waffles, eggs benedict with truffle hollandaise, El Cubano sandwich, churrasco with yucca fries, and many others. Plancha brunch is offered every Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for USD 68 per adult for a three-course brunch (including appetiser and dessert buffets) and USD 20 per child ages 5-12.
