Monday, July 20, is the new opening date of the long-awaited Restaurant Row Orlando location of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. The upsteak restaurant will occupy a newly constructed space in Dellagio Plaza. Other recent tenants include Bravo! and Cantina Laredo.

This will be the second Central Florida location for Fleming’s. It opened a restaurant on the corner of Lee Road and Orlando Avenue in Winter Park in 2003. The new spot will include a patio overlooking a fountain and a water feature (please don’t call it a retention pond).

Prior to the opening to the general public, Fleming’s will host a benefit for Give Kids the World on Friday, July 17, with all proceeds going to the charity. Tickets to the benefit are $50.

Fleming’s will be open nightly for dinner. Reservations can be made at 407-352-5706. The address of the restaurant is 8030 Via Dellagio Way, which someone recently pointed out translates to 8030 Way Dellagio Way.
