Umi Japanese Restaurant

Commitment to our Guests

Over the past week, the Federal Government has called for increased social distancing to help contain the coronavirus (COVID-19). We will continue serving our local communities using the following guidelines:
Dining rooms will operate at a 50% reduction of seating.
No more than 10 people should be gathered in one place at one time (at one table in this case).
Everyone is required to maintain 6ft distancing.

We would also like to take a moment to share the changes we have made in our restaurant to ensure a safe dining experience:
All employees are being screened prior to working, in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order issued on March 17, 2020.
We expanded our already strict cleaning procedures in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
All surfaces and heavy traffic areas are being deep cleaned with CDC-approved disinfectant.

As the situation regarding the coronavirus continues to evolve, we will continue communicating our response and commitment to serving you and our local communities.

At this time, we will remain open with adjusted business hours, however our full menu will be offered daily. Our full menu is also available through online ordering on our website for curbside pickup at your convenience, OR delivery through GrubHub, UberEats, and DoorDash.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We appreciate you and hope you will be able to come and see us soon!

We hope you find our reviews and news articles useful and entertaining. It has always been our goal to assist you in making informed decisions when spending your dining dollars. If we’ve helped you in any way, please consider making a contribution to help us continue our journalism. Thank you.
