Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs hosts its annual luau on May 14 at noon, featuring all the delicious food, excitement, and festivities of a traditional Hawaiian party. Be immersed in Asian-Pacific culture with a Hawaiian-inspired poke and sushi bar, Kahuku Food Trucks’ famous garlic shrimp, Morimoto-style baby ribs, a whole roasted pig, and an assortment of desserts. Plus, enjoy performances by a live band and hula dancers, and a strolling ukulele player will be there to serenade mothers on their special day. Add a variety of tropical cocktails for an upcharge. A special Mother’s Day breakfast kicks off at the resort’s Tesoro Cove with fresh-baked pastries, seasonal fruits and berries, gourmet omelet station, made-to-order Belgium Waffles, and hot buffet station – complete with applewood smoked bacon, breakfast sausage, breakfast potatoes, French Toast, buttermilk pancakes, breakfast frittata, sausage gravy with biscuits, and more. The buffet will be open from 7 to 10 a.m. and is $27.00 per person and $16.00 for children ages 6-12 and $8.00 for those 5 and under.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a delectable brunch will also be available. In addition to the breakfast menu, brunch will feature a selection of fresh garden salads, smoked and fresh salmon, carving station with pork loin and roast chickens, spring vegetables, herbed butter potatoes, and selection of assorted desserts. Adults are $52.00 per person and $28.00 for children 6-12 and $8.00 for guests 5 and under.
