John Rivers, chef/owner of 4 Rivers Smokehouse and the upcoming Coop, will be signing copies of “The Southern Cowboy Cookbook” Saturday, Dec. 14., at Williams-Sonoma, 142 Park Ave. S., Winter Park.
Besides the opportunity to get a signed copy of the gorgeous book for the cowboy cookers on your gift list, you can also see the chef conduct a cooking demonstration. Perhaps tastes for the attendees? The event is from noon to 2 p.m.
