First look — Kouzzina by Cat Cora menus

Written By Scott Joseph On August 18, 2009

Got a hold of the menus for Kouzzina by Cat Cora, the Iron Chef’s new restaurant at Disney’s BoardWalk. The mostly Greek eatery takes the place of the more pan-Mediterranean Spoodles. The new restaurant is not officially open and is not even officially in a soft opening.

But it has begun serving in try-out mode. And they are taking walk-ins. If you go, keep in mind that it’s sort of like a Broadwayshow doing previews, but I doubt they’re doing any discounting.

If you’re familiar with Greek food you’ll recognize some of the dishes, such as pastisio and stuffed grape leaves. But there are some creative touches, too, as you’d expect from Cora, such as cinnamon stewed chicken and whole fish roasted with braised greens and Greek olives.

Take a look for yourself. Here’s Kouzzina breakfast menu and Kouzzina dinner menu and Kouzzina dessert menu. I guess for lunch you’re supposed to be off in the theme parks.
